Managing Red Flag Subordinates
May, 15th – 16th 2013 -  Padma Hotel Bandung

Overview
When we find out that one of our subordinates does not perform well, what do we do? We can yell and scream, we can reduce the workload, we can threat, etc. The fact is : all these course of action does not solve red flag problem. They simply remove the subordinate. Up till now, the only acceptable way is coaching & counseling. The problem is : when we call our subordinate for counseling session, that particular subordinate usually does not show enthusiasm, or on the other hand, shows resistance.

This training aims to show you how to manage low performing / red flag subordinates long before they emerge. Red flag is inevitable. Counseling is not cough pills. Supervisor is not fire fighter. Red flag management allows company to improve their subordinate in legally acceptable way and operationally executable by any supervisor.
