COURSE OBJECTIVE:
- “Handling Difficult People and Managing Conflict in Industry” program is designed to help supervisors in handling their job in managing and resolving conflict in their organization and/or working units
- This course will train and improving the participants’ skills how to motivate their subordinate to achieve the target and also how to handle subordinate who has attitudes’ problems
