Why did someone not achieve of his/her life goals?
Why did leaders fail to make changes for themselves and team?
Why did a department not achieve its department objective?
Why did a company/organization reach its goals?
The answer is: Because of all parties mentioned above did not habituate to run effective life principles.
To shape effective habits starts from oneself, that is from setting paradigm or perspective towards lives he/she faces. Stephen Covey syas “The way we see the problem is the problem”.
The process how the habits become effective is following inside-out principle, which it means is starting from self then to others. This process is not reversible.
How is the detail of shaping the effective habits and the development will be facilitated through this training.

Objectives
By attending this training the participants are able to:
A. Identify and restore their paradigm in facing their process of life they experience.
B. Develop themselves through private victory by developing the first-3 effective habits way, those are:
i. Be Proactive (Pro-active), not reactive. This point talks about personal vision.
ii. Refer to final goal (Begin with the End in Mind): to have final goal so that people are able to set the steps they have to settle. This step will lead the participants how to develop their self-leadership.
iii. Make the first thing first (Put First Thing First): to make priority scale, leading self to optimize the time allocated, not doing meaningless activities and more than that how to build positive self-concept in order to be able to manage the situation. This process teaches about self-management.
C. Behave towards other people bay developing the second-3 effective habits way, those are:
iv. Think Win/Win: to develop habit of win-win together with others, not win alone. To be sure that all can win. We cares about others as we care about our-self. Inter-personal leadership will become important in this step.
v. Seek First to Understood, Then to Be Understood: to train our heart to place at other position so that we are easy to persuade others to change to be better. This step teaches us how to practice emphatic communication, that utilizes eyes, ears and heart.
vi. Synergize: to train effective cooperation, managing differences, to maintain work climate and environment balance.
4D. Continuously to have self-renewal by developing the last effective habit, that is:
vii. Sharpen the saw:to persuade to stop for a while from daily routines to keep upgrading self in order to be not left by current progress and to anticipate the future happens.
