COURSE OBJECTIVES

A manager cannot achieve goals by himself/herself. Teamwork is the key to achieve goals.
This course will elaborate the aspects of horizontal mobility within organization, including how to prepare yourself, how to build a teamwork, how to get along with new subordinates and how to create a conducive climate for teamwork.

Upon completion of this course, participant will be able to prepare a team that work and achieve goals.

·      Understanding essential aspects of teamwork.
·      Able to perform required skills:
·      to prepare yourself - how to use the checklist
·      to set priority plan - how to utilize checklist result
·      to build rapport with new subordinates - how to profile people and use it to get along
·      to use relationship as foundation of teamwork
·      to use teamwork as foundation of achievement
