COURSE OBJECTIVES
A manager cannot achieve goals by himself/herself. Teamwork is the key to achieve goals.
This course will elaborate the aspects of horizontal mobility within organization, including how to prepare yourself, how to build a teamwork, how to get along with new subordinates and how to create a conducive climate for teamwork.
Upon completion of this course, participant will be able to prepare a team that work and achieve goals.
